I learnt to understand the consumer from the front line

I was born in Venezuela and my career has taken me to markets in Argentina, Uruguay, Peru, the United States, Spain and Germany. Before managing global content assets, I learnt the value of hard work by working in service roles, from logistics to customer service. That foundation enables me today to understand the real consumer behind every metric.

Over the last decade, I have moved from creative conceptualisation in agencies to strategic content management. I have not only seen ideas come to life; I have led the integration of departments to ensure that every narrative becomes a driver of measurable growth.

I must confess...

I once worked as a shelf-stacker: that experience gave me a real insight into consumer habits, which I still apply in my digital strategies.

I won a ‘sperm casting’ (yes, for the second time): the end justifies the means. And if there’s one thing I’ve learnt, it’s to give it my all to achieve my goals.

I’ve watched Game of Thrones three times: there are storylines (and technical achievements) that are worth analysing to maintain a brand’s relevance over the years.

Career highlights:

I began my career by making a name for myself at international competitions; this Grand Prix was the result of competing against up-and-coming talent from across Latin America whilst taking my first steps at global network agencies such as JWT.
