"I recruited Geronimo for a seven-language website project. His job was to correct automatic translations into Spanish and adapt them to a more ‘human’ and SEO-friendly language.

Geronimo dived head first into the project and was so conscientious and so fast (always the first to finish out of the seven translators) in finishing his part of the translations that I asked him to support me in other tasks such as doing quality control on the work of the other 6 translators or finishing missing parts of the website. He worked with the Storyblok CMS, which he mastered very quickly even though he had never used it before. Not only did he do what I asked him to do, but he proactively proposed improvements as they occurred to him along the way. He put alt-tags on images, created call-to-actions, etc. not only on the Spanish pages, but also on others that were in English, German, French, Italian and even Turkish.

After that first project, in which he demonstrated enormous versatility and a great ability to work with pages in languages he doesn't understand, I asked him for support for another project also with Storyblok, but this one was 100% in German. It was about creating product pages and inserting images and texts in different modules. He also carried out this work impeccably and the fact that he did not speak German did not affect the development of the project at all because we held the meetings in English, in which he could participate without any problem.

If I had to define Geronimo's skills I would say versatility, quickness to learn new things, willingness to work and good humour!"
