The most important cycling competition in Latin America is the "Vuelta a San Juan", in Argentina. And not only because every year it brings together the best cyclists in the world, but also because the people of San Juan live each stage to the fullest. They leave their homes early to get the best positions along the route, they cheer the peloton on from close by, many carry their trusty battery-powered radios, they barbecue with the family. All under the inclement San Juan summer.

In Argentina, when they want you to go somewhere they don't say "ven" (come), they say “vení”, but in San Juan people put an extra touch, so they say "venite".
"Venite porque sí" (Come because yes) is a straightforward invitation to anyone who wants to disconnect and reconnect.
